Well if you are just in need of advice, there are plenty of guys here who are more than willing to help. If you're worried about a spotter, any guy in the gym would be happy to help for the most part.

When your friends come home, you could be one sick shredded kunt.

I'm worried about a spotter, I do low weights so don't gotta ask someone lol.

Definitely notice a change in your physique from the last time you showed photos.
Hope things go the way you plan.

Yeah, it's honestly crazy how powerful hormones are... because I think that's what really made the changes in my body.
Like you hear about the effects of hormone replacement therapy and think oh okay, but you never really see how dramatic the changes are until you go through them yourself.
and thank you.

Well hormones play a large role in our appearances if you didn't know before you starting taking them.

Not only do the sex hormones stimulate unique development within different body regions, but other hormones are greatly affected when you start taking any hormone supplement.

I mean, going into it I obviously knew it was going to change my body and I knew it was going to change it a lot... That's why I started taking them lol.
But even going into it with the knowledge I had, it still is shocking to see how much changes.

Anyway, to stay relevant to the topic title;

I remember like a year ago I was trying so hard to feminize my body as much as possible with workouts and stuff...
and it did help, I guess... but honestly, I haven't worked out in months (aside from yesterday) and I feel like my body looks better than I can ever remember.

http://imgur.com/ZUeROmR (I'd really appreciate if someone could post this picture for me)

Of course I haven't reached my peak yet, and I still want to improve... but I'm kind of content with where I'm at right now. Is that bad?
