I don't want to throw you off what works for you, but why wait to lift? Why not start now? If you start now, by summer you will have a nice base to work with.

I mean if you just want to focus on losing weight, that is cool. Do whatever works best for you.

Honestly when I started it all I did lift, but I was just so lost by myself and couldn't find someone to help me out and lift with me because I'm at school. During summer, a good amount of my friends have been lifting for years and know basically what they are doing and are willing to help me and go with me and push me so it was just easier that way.

Well if you are just in need of advice, there are plenty of guys here who are more than willing to help. If you're worried about a spotter, any guy in the gym would be happy to help for the most part.

When your friends come home, you could be one sick shredded kunt.

...That's the problem with the way most people think. They think it's a choice... and I just chose to be a girl all of a sudden... but it's not a choice.
If I identified as a male, I gladly would have gone on living my life with male anatomy, etc... it would have made my life 100% easier tbh...

but when you're going through life depressed and angry at everything because you feel like you're trying too hard to be something you're not (a boy in my case), tell me you wouldn't want to be yourself and be a happier person.

I remember like a year ago I was trying so hard to feminize my body as much as possible with workouts and stuff...
and it did help, I guess... but honestly, I haven't worked out in months (aside from yesterday) and I feel like my body looks better than I can ever remember.
