i just pulled my patella tendon 3 weeks ago, keep telling myself to stop loading so much weight as it keeps getting worse. so no real squats for at least a month.
you can still grow through lunges/leg presses/stiff deads/calf raises. though squats are unparalleled.

this is from a trip about 2 weeks ago. not much to see from this but w/e

Cause I remember you had old pics where you were 6 packin, then ultra bulked.

leaned out a bit
6 months of extra clean bulk
still at a relatively high bf now (15%), but with a visible 4 pack.

i made it a routine to cut back to 9-10% at the end of the bulking year.
