Update
Currently running the Cube Method training sub-maximally. I'm working a lot on accessories and weak points. In fact I have a whole day dedicated to my weaknesses.
I am starting week 6 out of 10. The last week being a mock meet and I am really enjoying the journey.

Agreed, that back is quite impressive.
