6 months. i'm happy of my results considering of the injuries i've had in and outside of the gym. i've been slacking on my diet since i started bulking hence why i'm a bit fat so i gotta be more disciplined
Here are the stats of the 5 main lifts before and after:

Before:
Bench: 65X8
Squat: 155X8
DL: ??
OHP: 20X8 DB
BB Row: ??

Now:
Bench: 135X5
Squat: 230X5
DL: 245X5 (started mid/end JAN)
OHP: 95X5
BB Row: 5X115

Before: 5'11 178
Now: 5'11 178
