I just started working out recently and wanted to see what you guys think/ what regions I need to focus on more. My current goal is to put on about 15lbs while maintaining as close as I can to my current body fat which is 6% or so
Also, I have this layer of fat below my abs that I just can't seem to eliminate >8 (
I want to bulk my size very much but I also want to stay as lean as possible, how do I do that from my current scenaro

Lol at 6% bf and yet "I have this layer of fat below my abs"

You're around 13-15% would be my guess. Just do a bulk cycle then cut, like stated above

You are not 6% bodyfat.

You want to put on 15 pounds of muscle?  Do a 25-30 week bulk at a pound a week then cut 10-15 pounds.  That's roughly 9-10 months.

Dont novice-intermediate experience lifters have the propensity to gain 1-3 lbs of muscle mass a month?

3 might be pushing it, but they will gain at a faster rate generally, yeah
