what numbers are you going for?
I've gone with a weight I know I can nail on my first attempt because I want to remove as much pressure as possible for my first time.
My thoughts are (in pounds):
Squat 250/265/275
Bench 195/205/210
DL 365/375/390
Doing it for the experience more than anything. And if the environment is anything like running a marathon, I know I'm going to love it.
These are my guesses I'm going to test my 1RM this week and see.
