I think it was parallel? At first I thought it was high then I paused at the bottom of it and it looked ok? Be gentle lol

Looked just about parallel... Don't you always call people out on not going ATG?
Either way, I couldn't deadlift that, nevermind hold it on my back or squat it so from my perspective, stronk. :lol:

Looks like a couple cm above a good squat, hard to say by how much cause horrible quality+ginormous shorts.

Props on almost 500.

Yeah I know, but you rarely see people do it, especially not with close to 500lbs.

Dude your unracking seems so easy. You got room to improve those squat #s by a mile. Keep going. How's the program treating you?
