All deads & C&J from today, including some dl's from a friend.
Was first workout in 11days, everything was alot heavier than it should've been :(



Aube that 190kg was a new PR right?

yes 190 is a pr. I reached my limit with this lift. form was starting to break as you can see compared to the 180kg one.


Ass went up to early...probably because I'm only 1 month in. Back was still pretty straight though.

belt,straps,hat,kneewraps so much cheat in 1 lift :rolleyes:
If you weren't a formfag I'd say you could to around 200 with minor rounding :)

already above my long term goal. dl is my worst lift :p i don't think i'll ever get above 400
