Slow the weight gain. 8 lbs in a month is too fast. Gj with progress nonetheless

Meh, i'm between 179-180 So i've gained 6-7 lbs in a month. And 182 is where i've been for the past 6 months, minus the month ish that I lost the weight. So i feel like I kinda bounced back to normal weight. I haven't really put on any noticeable bf either. So I'm happy.
