Haven't really progressed since I last posted. Actually lost like 8 lbs. 6'3'' 173 as of today. Time to finally man up and learn how to eat.
Estimated lifts
Bench - 185x5
Sqaut 185x5
Dead - 285x1 (actually haven't deadlifted in a long ass time so don't know what I can lift. Dealing with pinched nerves in the lower back for a while and I've been too much of a pussy to do them.
DB Seated Press- Probably 55x6 ish
Hopefully lifts will start to increase a bit now that foods going up.
Month progress..
Weight- 180
Bench - 185x8 trying to figure out my push day
Squat - 225x5 I believe. May post a vid
Dead - 315x5 (Dead was 285x3 a week ago, 285x4 a few days ago, then today 285x8 for 2 sets. Then did 315x5 with straps.)
DB Press - Near the same. 55x8 maybe.
