For shits n gigs. before I start my cut. Weighed in this evening at 210.5 6'0" 22 yo

Going to spend the next few months cutting down and finally getting lean. Started lifting seriously maybe 3ish years ago. I'm happy with the amount of muscle mass and strength that i've got at this point, so once I get to a respectable bf% level I'm looking forward to just stepping back and maintaining strength/size with a few workouts a week and include more cardio/yoga type stuff in my life.

max bench 225x10 and 295x1
Squat 295x3
deadlift 515x1



Realize it's kinda a shitty pic, but was just having fun wit it

Thanks brah , I still got ways to go but I thinnk ill be where I want in 2 months.

Its funny you say the traps thing, my friend has a way better physique than mine , but some girl told me he needs to step it up because my traps were so nice...

Genetics man , Ive had em since I started.

@thomas , never gotten bill paxton... these girls say I look like stefan from vampire diaries though..
