Is this a problem for everybody who's not doing weightlifting?
All my friends who is doing powerlifting has the same issue when doing frontsquats.
I get that you apply pressure on your throat while doing crossed arm since you crumb up and can't really support the bar with the chest at all.

I've been sick for bit over a week and can't train until the 26'th now (gym closed...). Until mid january I am gonna focus really hard on my snatches cause wanna be able to do atleast 70 for my first comp (end of jan)
