Bench I don't do often, but last time I tried 1RM I got out 205 x 2
Deads I'm afraid of putting too much weight on the bar and tearing something so I do my final working set @ 365 x 5 (Few months ago I managed to rep 4 plates but I felt a pinch in my back so I never went heavy)
Squats I don't go significantly heavy because I like ATG and value form over weight so I do working sets of 2 plates (225) and slowly increase the weights until I can't continue

completely understand man, im the same. i enjoy playing sports and risk injuries in those, dont need weight lifting to be a risk taking activity as well

Well gaining strength is nice, but its really only necessary if youre training for something specifically. Strength isnt always represented properly by numbers.

my friend is 165lbs like me and squats more weight and benchs more as well. however, you put us both in the middle of the room and the goal is to push the other person to the wall on their side, i win every time.

thus, it all comes down to what youre training for
