Prob not even top 10 with my #'s and only lean for short periods :p. I am prob up there for well rounded athleticism imo.

I took 2nd out of 9 in mens middle weights. This show wasnt even drug tested and ive always been drug free so its a huge success.

Most likely used to train.. 6 years went by and he got lazy and fat. Then he got back into it.

thanks, been doing some posture correcting exercises. It's gotten better in the last month and a half!

thanks, I've been training now since beginning of december. Before that, it's been around 4 years since I've done any continuous training, so about time! So progress pic is 6 weeks of exercising.
