Never have front squatted over 150 lbs
Had 230 on after work sets and was like f it and tried it

I belive you're just not used to frontsquats that much since you haven't tried doing over 200 before, you probably just need to find a way that works well for you.
What was it with the upper body you felt that made you struggle? I pinch my scapulas like hell, even though it's really hard on frontsquats (for me atleast) and that helps me keep my back alot tighter and brings my elbows up a bit aswell.
