You're 100% right. My diet has always been shit and i've always under ate so i've never put on any size. I've been slowly "reverse dieting". Due to the holidays and busy schedule, nothing exact. But i've been getting 2800-3000 a day for the past 5 days or so. Will get to 3200 and see if anything happens. If not, Most likely bump it up further to 3500. We'll see how things go.
Not gonna put all the blame on it, I could have handled it differently. But I was out of the gym for a few weeks due to my back and then a week or so with a real bad sore throat/cold and during that time I didn't eat worth a damn. Lost a bit of weight during that time. Weighed myself and saw 173, down from 181 and I was pissed.
