I'll preping for 4 small-medium meals a day and skip the typical cereal breakfast to eat on of those. As for sleep I'm shooting for 8h. I usually sleep 6-7.
I'll be doing light foam rolling and and use my new Lacrosse ball but nothing too complicated. Probably get a massage on Thursday.
