lol that was intense as fuark.

What I see is Kai's chest and inner upper leg worsened and his abs aren't better but I think Kai caught up in a big way on upper back

I think it's VERY close. Not saying one is better because Kai really improved a couple of weakpoints but he worsened in spots too
Phil's legs didn't improve and his abs worsened; his strengths are still good but I think Kai made it a more compelling battle by making the upper back improvements. His bis compare well, his legs still beat Phil (but I don't like the insider upper)
