bleh who cares about weight, it's what inside your body that counts. Sweet potato healthier than white potatoes, etc.

Things are not so black and white. Labeling 1 food inherently bad or good is completely disregarding your food choices as a whole.

if you want fibers,cleary you wont eat potato..you will eat oats or some whole wheat shits.
vitamin C= oranges/broccoli/cauliflower/kiwi etc
