i know i said 228 1/2lbs in the video but obviously that is not 200 pounds i'm lifting lol.

also for some reason when I watch any video of someone lifting at home I get this feeling that its going to be a "workout fail" lol

haha i actually did fail on my last set i tried adding 2 1/2 lbs+ on all my sets from last week and on the last set i went for one rep with 138 1/2 lbs and i couldn't finish it got a half rep :( . then i lowered the weight and waited 3 mins and i couldn't even get 136 1 time lol. i did get much better at pull ups and i haven't been losing any weight i got 6 easy for my first set i probably could have gotten 7 but i wanted to pace my self a bit after doing all that heavy pressing.

It freezing in My garage I try to stay warm ESP while squatting. Takes me a good 20-25 min jus to warm up lol

Yes, it's great that somebody decided finally to upload something like this, if it had continued as it was going for 10 more pages we would have had to change the name --> The deadlift room :P
