Just curious, what was your bench routine before the 5x5, and when did you decide to increase the weight? And when you did increase the weight, did you only increase the weight of the final set?


In other words, what was the bench routine that changed you from where you started (chest-wise):

you look fine with out all the oils and the spray tan i just meant in the comp pictures its nasty

Well sense thread was bumped..

Tried deadlifting to (omfg)

Was able to get 225x10 for 3 sets.

Could of gone heavier but want to ease into things, and first rep is a major pain. After that I rep em out

we're really close in the squats now bro :P where as mine used to be much higher :(
race to 405+?! i hit like 295x5 last week on the last set
