I'm proud of myself this weekend, the first I've actually taken a responsible approach to going out and drinking, the result, one hell of a weekend. By dedicating a small portion of my calories to alcohol along with protein consumption and hydration and ofc ZMAs I feel like its had no negative effect on me at all, feels good man.

Hells yeah, I don't drink though lol. My dad went to Chile (where I'm from) for about a week and just came back yesterday because my grandpa (his dad) passed away last thursday and haven't seen 'em in about 8 years :/ Anyway he brought some goodies lol so I don't know if I'll be able to control myself on these things... they remind me of when I was just a youngin'

I like this man's logic :

Me: Are you working out today?
Him : No, but I wasn't supposed to
Me: You went yesterday?
Him : No
Me : You went Friday?
Him : Neither!!!
Me : And you did not go Thursday...so whats up with that?
Him : Well! I haven't sleep more than 6 hours per day for the past 4 days.

So because he does not take training outside of the gym seriously, it excuses him of working out? WTF
