Ill start off with Lemon Pepper chicken.(i dont know if it has been posted before but i didnt take the time to read through the first 2 pages so...
Chicken Breasts (i get them unfrozen then freeze as needed because i buy my food in bulk via sams club)
Lemon Pepper- about 1/4 cup to cover 3 8oz breats
pre heat oven @ 375 degrees...toss chicken in for 20-30 mins, i like my chicken dry...as opposed to juicy.
within the 20-30 mins you can prepare your steamed veggies and brown rice.
I have a rice cooker so my rice comes out nice and moist i highly recommend one.
and for steamed veggies i go with either mixed veggies...ie carrots and broccoli or asparagus.
Very healthy easy to prepare meal. Dont be afraid to use a little butter either on the steamed veggies. Some people frown upon it, but me personally love just a splash of butter to get it Lubed up.
Dont laugh this is an old easy poor mans recipe a friend of mine taught me back in 2008.
1lb of lean ground ground beef.
Put it in a pan and cook it with lemon pepper
while youre letting the beef simmer/slow cook get a pot of water and bring it to a boil and boil you some brussel sprouts.
i like to season my brussel sprouts with pepper and a little bit of butter...
and since this is a poor mans bulking meal, what did i use for carbs???
You guessed it 4 slices of wholegrain wheat bread. and that is that...
and voila...ez food.
if you havent noticed im no gourmet chef, but you may like these two lemmon pepper dishes i posted...i know i do.
think i might try the top one.
