Shout out to all those who have helped me so far, Aube,Kragujevec, Chartel,and aficionadoand KCCO,(and some others that I may of forgot atm)for expanding my understanding in different ares of diet and lifting
5 months in and still "small" but this is only the beginning

Ty! And everything is going well! Im currently in the 4th week of cycle 3 and everything has gone up in accordance with wender's plan 10 lower, 5 upper and hopefully it continues that way every month(cycle), I really enjoy the structure and it feels like every week im breaking PR's, during the recomp I was dieting a bit so Im pretty excited to go on my first true bulk very soon=]

I truly believe my legs are my strongest point,due to when I was younger up untill then end of high school with hockey that was what i concentrated all my efforts in training, Monday's which are my squat day are my favorite day of the week,
its just an awkward picture to post I guess, maybe one day :P

i got another 5-10 lbs to go hoping to get it done by mid jan but holiday season sucks for cutting too much family too much food
