I ate tons of food lol. Over the years in university I gradually upped my caloric intake...and then by the end I was eating shitloads and the weight started piling on. I never exercised so calories for maintenance were low...thus hitting surplus was easy as hell with what was eating...
Example:
- 2 egg mcmuffins breakfast
- large poutine and deep fried chicken sandwich for lunch
- 2 big mac/2 quarter pounder with cheese combo's late at night
- 2 red bulls per day
That's the kind of diet I used to be on.
And as I said...I was not by any definition "skinny" - I looked skinny cause I am tall (6'4) ... but if you took off my clothes you would see a shitload of fat and rolls on my chest, a sagging butt and big ass blubber thighs
