what do you think about dumbbell bench, incline bench, ect
ive heard they are more beneficial than barbell

Dumbbells allow you to work stabilizer muscles more effectively. It also allows you to keep your wrists/arms/elbows at a neutral location which helps prevent injury.

However, I wouldn't consider ONE better than the other....as barbell allows you to focus on pure strength more.

hi, me again :D

http://www.simplyshredded.com/carbohydrate-tolerance-frontline-fat-loss-written-by-nutrition-expert-david-barr.html

is this a good plan to follow ?

last year i did a no-carb diet for a long period, but found myself struggling with it quite heavily, is this something you would recommend?

thx!

e: and what's your take on yogurt ?

Overall, the ideas contained therein are fairly good and I see no reason to avoid it.

Secondly, greek yogurt is excellent!

i'm looking into a waffle maker. this has a very high review, over 900 raters

http://www.amazon.com/Presto-03510-FlipSide-Belgian-Waffle/dp/B000TYBWIG/ref=sr%5F1%5F3?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1376449322&sr=1-3&keywords=waffle+maker

i notice they all have nonstick surfaces. are those safe?

Unfortunately, nonstick Teflon pans, based on my research, are NOT safe for long term use.

I would avoid them for now and stick to ceramic or stainless steel.

Resting heart rate of 80-85 is very high.

A healthy adult should have the area of 50-65 bpm resting. However, after 400mg of caffeine, that is considerably lower than I'd expect.

Overall your levels are not dangerous, so you can keep it up for now.

So I took 400mg 30 minutes ago and my resting heart rate is 55-60. That seems weird. I am a lot more alert and feel better though

Anything organic, such as fruits/veggies.

With regard to meat, try to find some grass fed beef or hormone free chicken.

Other than that, maybe some Quinoa pasta. Great stuff!

What's some good meal replacements that have high quantities of protein and carbs , a high bioavailability and that are cheap, but have a good amount of servings.
I currently use Cytosport monster mass

The best gainer....considering that CHEAP is the keyword here....is your OWN!

Buy a 10-20 lb bag of high quality whey, either unflavored or choc/vanilla

From there, add your flavorings and/or stevia.

Then add Dextrose powder or waxy maize or Maltodextrin to the blend.

After that, get some peanut butter powder (or fresh if making an actual shake) as well as fruit, milk, ice cream, etc.

Blend it all up and enjoy your gainer. It's best to make 2-3 shakes worth at a time and stick it in the fridge for easy access.
