For some reason my heel comes off ground ( hardly Noticable) when i get to deepest point , i didn't realize it till I watched a video
I got them  90$ adi powerlift trainer  shoes and I'm going deeper than I used to.  I think it's a ankle flexibility issue


Are those newblances? In pic or adi? If they are nb I have those exact shoes lol.

It might be your stance being bit to narrow, I notice this myself sometimes when I stand bit to narrow that my heels lifts slightly at the bottom.
And for the wrist flexibility thingy I just did frontsquats, I have really horrible flexibility everywhere so it was a pain in the ass starting with weightlifting.

Lol if u watch it . Watch it with sound ,  I was on my lunch break from work and had less than 30min to do 7 sets . Legs were so fried from yesterday ....
I recently did 265x10 on 531.... And as you can see I struggled with 245x1 lol
That heel coming up is bugging me ,  I'll fix it tomorow  :mad: it's the new kicks

Week 1 of smolov done . Grinded through that mofo
Can't wait to get to some heavy weights

Control your back at the rise.
It tends to drop inward. A lower bar positioning may help you, or a greater contraction of the trapezius + cervicis extensors (Neck).
