For some reason my heel comes off ground ( hardly Noticable) when i get to deepest point , i didn't realize it till I watched a video
I got them 90$ adi powerlift trainer shoes and I'm going deeper than I used to. I think it's a ankle flexibility issue
It might be your stance being bit to narrow, I notice this myself sometimes when I stand bit to narrow that my heels lifts slightly at the bottom.
And for the wrist flexibility thingy I just did frontsquats, I have really horrible flexibility everywhere so it was a pain in the ass starting with weightlifting.
