on the topic of trying new drinks, i remember you recommended black coffee for pre-workout. so i was searching on amazon and couldnt find a single black coffee. then i asked a friend, and he said black coffee just meant coffee without cream/sugar. do you have a recommendation on what flavour/branch coffees to try for newbies? or is it similar to alcohol in the sense that they all taste disgusting and people just force themselves to get into it?

i tried drinking coffee at work a few years ago, but i was putting in 20 packets of splenda to make it taste good....i dont wanna run into that problem again. or is whipped cream + stevia ok?

also, how can i reduce teeth stains if drinking coffee? i dont really wanna brush my teeth every 30-60 minutes....

You will have to develop a taste of coffee, which will come in time.

Adding stevia + whipped cream would be fine.

As far as your teeth go, right after drinking the coffee, rinse your mouth with tap water or give them a quick brush with a good toothpaste. You can also chew a couple of pieces of whitening gum. No extra care necessary besides that.

inferno 2 fat burners
APS Phenadrine
Gold Standard Whey (thats the protein i use, i've heard it's good, but i'd like a professional opinion)
and would you recommend to use fish oil as a supplement? if yes, could you recommend one?

Yes, correct. Caffeine pills would be fine. Don't take more than 200mg at a time though!

The first two items are not much better than plain caffeine.

As far as gold standard whey, it's excellent, however you should try the "Gold Standard Natural" instead, to avoid all the artificial ingredients.

Muscle Milk Natural is also quite good.

why only 200? I usually take 2 pills (400mg) to actually feel more energized. i dont get jittery or anything from it. I tried taking one a few times but it never seemed to have much of an effect.

and i rarely get caffeine from other sources. i dont drink coffee and maybe 1-2 cans of pop a week.

400mg of caffeine in one sitting is a very large amount for an average person. Excessive caffeine can increase your heart rate and blood pressure to dangerous levels.

After consuming 400mg of caffeine, take your BP and heart rate (approx 20 minutes after consumption) and see where your levels are.

If you are within a healthy range, 400mg would be fine.

I usually take it before I go do my daily "workout". I go "play" soccer for a few hours. Its mostly just kicking the ball around getting some cardio in. My heart rate stays between 145-150 most of the time until I throw in a few sprints. Then it goes up to around 170, which doesnt seem like anything out of the ordinary.

My resting heart rate though 20 min after taking it went from like 70 to 80-85., which for me being in poor shape isnt too bad...I hope

Resting heart rate of 80-85 is very high.

A healthy adult should have the area of 50-65 bpm resting. However, after 400mg of caffeine, that is considerably lower than I'd expect.

Overall your levels are not dangerous, so you can keep it up for now.
