At 5% BF yeah ahaha
I'm no longer 210 lbs though, started cutting down mid summer and I'm sitting at 187-190 atm
Either gonna stop at 180 or 170, idk, I don't like being too lean. Too hard to maintain :P

Yea dude, I feel that. The only reason I'm tryna stay lean while I bulk is cause my already unimpressive physique is a lot worse when I have excess fats. Currently @ 145 I ate 3k cals everyday this week with no cardio and I'm maintaining my weight.. Gotta up them cals starting monday.

At 5'9/10/11 our supposed maximum (natural) genetic capacity for muscle is 170-180~ ish at shredded bodyweight (4-6%)

So in reality being 200 lbs, naturally, below 6ft at a desirable lean mass to fat ratio is an impossibility. But for reals weight on the scale does not matter very much. Look at how awesome Tempo looks @ 158 lbs. Doesn't look small at all, despite a lot of bros (having no real knowledge) claiming that anything below 200 is small.

except no offense to tempone, his trans was amazing
but he looks small. and if for some reason you dont think he does, well i have 18 inch biceps at 200 lbs, and hes 42 pounds smaller then i am.
pics do justice.

also i didnt suggest anythign was small under 2. i have plenty of friends who show up big that are hovering around 180-190 at 7%ish

but which scrawn multi are you btw?

Me.

Did you take my post as an attack on you? It was not.

For some reason, I don't think he looks small.. TBH I've seen your pics as well, if you said you were 150-160 pounds I would believe you. I suppose you meant pics *don't do justice?

Of course 180-190 can look big.. that's huge in actuality (for someone with a considerable amount of lean muscle).. which was my point. Although 7% ish might be a gross over-estimation, especially if they are natural and below 6ft. In the pictures I posted of myself where I have pronounced vascularity I'm probably 7-8%, most people don't realize how extreme 5-6% looks and how great and lean 10% can look with great muscle shape.

Sorry if you took any offense, you look great as well (with much more muscle than me btw), it's just you can't compare yourself to others simply based on weight if you are not as conditioned as they are. If you cut down to 10, or slightly sub 10% (based on an honest and critical deduction) you would probably be at least 20 pounds lighter than you are now.

no, i was just confused
and i am 10% bf currently (as tested by calipers recently)

the generalization of your post tho, that natural maximums of 170-180 at 4-6% bf etc.
thats such a generalization its not even funny, theres 7billion on this planet, it certainely does not mean people cant surpass these averages.

there are genetic freaks out there, a ton of them.

I agree, but i think you overlooking the work Average,

there is not a precise limit, but its an idea of what the average person can expect

That generalization is from some study on a couple natural bodybuilders. I forgot where I read it, maybe on Martin Berkhan's site? I forgot :( but it seemed that Martin and a couple other reliable sources came up with formulas for height and natural weight limit estimates and they were generally around that range.

Certainly, there are genetic outliers. I hope that I am one of them, I guess it's good to be optimistic right!? Too bad I'll have to wait years to see if I can beat those numbers.
