That being said, DMAA itself is nothing more than an oil extracted from the geranium plant. It's a stimulant, much like caffeine, and when taken in moderation will not cause any adverse effects.

Then if I were to try out another pre-workout supplement, what would you advise? Or are you against them?
I also need a little help with my stubborn pectorals.

The upper portion of it is really lagging behing. My lower pec and front delts are developping really well, therefore I tried to put emphasis on the upper pecs, without great success. Everytime I try to do an inclined press movement, I feel it a lot in my front delts and not really in the upper chest, even when do inclined flies I tend to feel it in the shoulders instead of the chest lol
Any advice is welcomed
