Will do sir, thanks for all the feedback. Tear, how much do you weight? I'm bulking now to 180. Trying to maintain that lean mass too.

was around 203 or so a few weeks ago, diets been slacking.

At 5'9/10/11 our supposed maximum (natural) genetic capacity for muscle is 170-180~ ish at shredded bodyweight (4-6%)

So in reality being 200 lbs, naturally, below 6ft at a desirable lean mass to fat ratio is an impossibility. But for reals weight on the scale does not matter very much. Look at how awesome Tempo looks @ 158 lbs. Doesn't look small at all, despite a lot of bros (having no real knowledge) claiming that anything below 200 is small.
