Getting some back pains from lifting heavy again though, going to start cutting.

Increasing reps to around 20/decreasing weights significantly/caloric deficit/moar cardio.

I'm like 22-24% BF.. I don't like it anymore, I'm focusing on BF% reduction / stretching my back and avoiding any injury, pain has increased lately due to lifting much heavier than I ever have / PR's.

I'll maintain my strength and try for gains (kinda unlikely), but for now I'm going hypertrophy lifts & starting a deficit to try and cut at least down to 14-16% BF, I'll be overall a lot healthier then.

I just feel unhealthy.. and in too much pain to keep going for the str gains I've been getting lately.

Taking about a month at least of increased cardio/increased stretching/high-rep sets @ lower weights/caloric maintenance or deficit..
