I'm like 22-24% BF.. I don't like it anymore, I'm focusing on BF% reduction / stretching my back and avoiding any injury, pain has increased lately due to lifting much heavier than I ever have / PR's.
I'll maintain my strength and try for gains (kinda unlikely), but for now I'm going hypertrophy lifts & starting a deficit to try and cut at least down to 14-16% BF, I'll be overall a lot healthier then.
