Day 2 of smolov intro phase done
Went in with a 305 max. Thank god I lowered it, my335 would have killed me
Day 3 tomorrow and I have to work upto a 275 single an I can barely do a BW squat at the moment lol
This is only 245 and felt like 350 lol
Am going deep enough m8s

For some reason my heel comes off ground ( hardly Noticable) when i get to deepest point , i didn't realize it till I watched a video
I got them 90$ adi powerlift trainer shoes and I'm going deeper than I used to. I think it's a ankle flexibility issue
