probably a year and a half, not the way i shouldve done it though. but i gained my strength back and more. diet is kind of crappy and i've slacked this week at the gym, but i plan to start solid 5/3/1 program this week or next week and get my diet back on track and gain some thickness maybe and then stay faithgul to a cut from beginning of february till middle of may and drop a couple pounds.
