Body Build

6' 1"
205lbs
25 yrs old

Goal: Fat Loss

I am happy with my strength but im looking to get healthier, My ideal goal is to be around 190lbs at less than 15 % body fat. Id say im somewhere around 20% + right now.

I have a hectic schedule that would allow for a good diet but hard to make trips to the gym. At most 3 days a week and would prefer them be in a row. Fri, Sat, Sun.

Any help would be awesome.

how can i make the best out of the canola oil i use to deep fry breaded chicken/tilapia? can i save that oil after i'm done with it? or if i deep fry a bunch of chicken/tilapia at once, how long will they last in the fridge?

I turn my music really loud (really good dubstep), kiss both my biceps, and wait till the bass is about to drop before I do each set. I feel like it gives me extra strength, sometimes like I am not a human.

what is the science behind this?

friend just brought up something. for the most part, only white people have different hair colours, and the rest of the world is black hair with a few exceptions (eg: albinos and maybe others). my mom is full korean (black hair) and dad is german (blonde hair). when i was a small child, i had blonde hair. then over the years it darkened to the dark brown it is today. but i have never met another half-asian who had blonde hair. any ideas on why my hair was blonde? i kinda doubt koreans have a recessive gene for that when they're all black for generations.

You would have to drink a LOT of water, or suffer from hypochlorhydria (dangerously low levels of HCL to begin with).

Unless you suffer from hypochlorhydria, or drink 1/4 to 1/2 gal of water in one sitting, it's not a big deal.

HOWEVER, drinking very cold beverages with food can actually increase bacteria levels (the bad kind) in the digestive tract from the process the body uses to bring the cold fluids to digestion temperature.

Supplementation will help more with overall health and recovery than with muscle growth itself. However, the only exceptions to this rule would be protein supplements (if you aren't getting enough from dietary sources), and creatine.

That being said, you should have your protein shake immediately after a workout, mixed with water.

Most people have this condition. It has to do with muscular control of the left side of your body. In order to combat this, you need to try to perform as many daily tasks as possible with your left side in order to build better mind-muscle control. Also, while at the gym, try to train left and right side independently and pay very close attention to your contractions with each rep on the left side. Focus hard and feel the pump with each rep and make sure your form is excellent. You may even need to do a few extra sets with the left side in order to get as good of microtearing as the right side.
