Wow who would have guessed one could post a low bf pic without warning for 4 months beforehand and acting like a douche about it.

Looking great mate :)

Gaining 4% bf in 1-2 months is nothing good.

Have you measured your arms? They don't look any bigger.

You literally look exactly the same as you have since you started posting here.

I do have that concern myself.

I lift 4 times a week, I cardio 3 times a week. i eat surplus. I follow macros. I only eat bro-diet.

What could be wrong?

Did you measure at the same machine? Anyways, there may be inconsistencies.

Have you gained weight? Try to go by the mirror and tape-measure yourself. It's way better.

Chest has grown a bit.

Rest has stayed basically. There is a bit of wobbly stuff still around my biceps and belly so its rather hard to tell how much of it is muscle and how much is fat/skin.

I do feel significant increase in chest muscles and front arm. In fact, chest seems to have grown a lot in visual sense.

e: weight is same :\ regardless of 5kkcal food

Nope. When you flex, whatever is soft/loose, is more likely than not fat/skin

Anyway 4% is too fast for 2 months, so it's probably a machine mistake. After all they're not very accurate. However, weighing yourself everyday to find your weekly average is not a bad idea to gauge how much weight you're putting in.

Anything over a lb/week = you're going too fast if you want to minimize fat gains.
