Yo Raynor,

For Intermittent Fasting, how bad is it to eat outside a given 8 hour window? Like say I drink everyother friday or saturday, will this screw up the point of the Intermittent Fasting?

For that day, it will.

If you eat during the fasting period, it completely defeats the purpose of IF. However, keep the calories on a deficit that day and it shouldn't have any impact.

Raynor, what do you think of this doctor and his website?  Credible?

I don't know of him, however, the ideas listed there seem to be on point.

over-over or under-over depends on your body mechanics and what works best for you. There is no preferential method that applies to everyone.

What is more accurate in terms of macros for me..

At 5'10
76-77 kgs
18 years old
Male, bulking
Workout 3 times a week doing ICF routine. Nothing else other than that.

What dietary info seems more accurate for my situation? Or is none of it accurate and I need another one?

Calories: 2880
Protein: 180 g
Fat: 96 g
Carbs: 324 g

Or

Calories: 3125
250g protein
340g carbs
85 g fat

Or should cals be 3420, and macros undefined ATM.

I weighed 56kg 09/12. Joined gym
I weighed 63-65kg 02/13
I weigh 64-66kg 06/13

Is it normal for progress to slow down that much or kind of come to a halt as my weight seems to of stayed the same for the past 2-3months? Any advice

Hey there. Assuming your goal is to bulk, you would definitely want around 3,000-3,200 cals with around 250-300g protein and around 300-350 carbs, and between 70-90g fat.

Just a few things though - on NON-WORKOUT days, you require 500 cals less, so take that into consideration. I would recommend most of that from a reduction in carbs/fat and avoid cutting into protein.

Secondly, make sure to drink at least 1 gal of water per day.

Thirdly, make sure that you have a good blend of fats....at least 2-3 g of unsaturated fat to every 1g saturated (or better).

It depends. What is your current routine and diet?
