Yes -
This is a common problem in those who have a diet very low in fiber, high in animal fats, and low in probiotics (yogurt, or supplements). It also is characteristic of someone who has taken many antibiotics for an extended period of time.
The solution?
1. Dramatically increase probiotic intake. I would recommend 3-4 cups of greek yogurt per day. In addition, I would recommend taking probiotics, try these:

Take both of those every day.
2. Increase fiber intake. Add psyllium husk powder to every meal if you are not eating fibrous carbs (green veggies, beans, whole grains, etc). You need 25-30g of fiber every day.
3. Reduce animal fat from your diet. Protein consumed should be lean protein only - discard fat from any meat that you eat.
What about the diet in general? What foods to avoid, what foods to eat, because i can't digest properly carbohydrates and stuff. Avoid sugar that I know.
