Thanks. I like free squat better than cage squat so I better get used to drop the weight back. ;)

My home gym will look like this

Weightlifting platform
Weightlifting bar and weights
Jerk boxes (Which will ask as safety bar for my bench)
Squat stand
GYmnastic rings
few dumbbells maybe

soon enough :)

2 weeks ago, right before my deload week i squatted 175x5. today i squatted 170x8. very satisfied with todays lift.

also, for the 5/3/1 hatorade deepthroaters. exactly 8 weeks ago i squatted 145x8......keep on squirtin dat hatorade all over yo faces.
