Not trying to sound like an ass, that routine just looks like complete shit IMO of course.
It's a hypertrophy routine, which focuses on volume. You can absolutely do that routine, all natural, with just plenty of sleep, water, and of course, good clean food.
On a strength only routine, this split would NOT be optimal with natural considerations.
