hey rayndaddy

what are your thoughts on doggcrapp training?

mainly the idea of rest pause part of it is what im interested in

The primary core belief is focused on failure training...which is basically hypertrophy. My hypertrophy routine follows a similar pattern, which involves breakdowns and failure sets.

In general, it's a good training methodology - no issues with it.

DO NOT ROLL YOUR SHOULDERS DURING SHRUGS!!!  Straight up and straight down is the proper way to do a shrug. Rolling the shoulders can cause injury and does NOT aid in muscle development.

Doing non-weighted exericses will not ruin your results. However, I would NOT advise doing them immediately at the end of a workout where you just trained the same muscles. IE: no pushups on chest day, no unweighted squats on legs days. Abs are good to train ANY day.

For lower back, good mornings are excellent, straight leg deadlifts are also excellent. Lower back hyperextensions are another very good exercise.

Can you explain why you wouldn't advise pushups on chest day at the end f a work out?

If you've already hit failure, you are only going to start putting additional stress on supporting muscles and potentially risking shoulder damage. I would avoid these immediately at the end of a truly brutal workout resulting in failure.

I've been pooping a lot lately.... I don't know why

Like it started a week ago after a night out drinking, and the next day i shit like 6 times. Thought it had something to do with that. They are relatively small shits, and my stool did not come out in large logs like I am used to. Rather smaller pellets that are wet if ya knaw what i'm sayin.

It's not as bad, but i'm still going 3-4 times a day.

I've been drinking more coffee/tea lately since i'm at my parents for a month and they have a keurig and I cant resist. I am thinking the caffeine has something to do with this, but i've also been drinking a little more water as well.

Wondering what some of causes could possibly be. I don't mind cause I have some pretty gg games on my iphone, but I rather enjoyed being a boss and just taking one massive shit a day that just speaks boss level

Coffee and alcohol BOTH can cause this laxative like effect. Discontinue both for 2-3 days and see if conditions improve.

with the right intensity...

how could someone possibly (average natty person)

do Triceps, then Shoulders, then Chest

all back to back days...

That is retarded.

and the routine has no Legs?

Am I missing something?

Not trying to sound like an ass, that routine just looks like complete shit IMO of course.

It's a hypertrophy routine, which focuses on volume. You can absolutely do that routine, all natural, with just plenty of sleep, water, and of course, good clean food.

On a strength only routine, this split would NOT be optimal with natural considerations.
