i want to visit ƍkunoshima (aka rabbit island) some day. would i need to get any shots or other preventative care before petting hundreds of wild rabbits?

You shouldn't need anything unless you are specifically allergic to rabbits. If allergic, there is a battery of injections that make your allergies less severe if you come in contact with them. However, if you have no existing problems, you should be fine.

for example, when i roll my shoulders, doing shrugs and so, i get like a ticking in my shoulder/neck.

/would doing push ups and shrugs w/o weights ruin my results from the 5x5 program?

i was planning on doing abs, push ups and squats w/o weight in the end of the workout, monday, wednesday and friday. maybe you have any exercises for the lower back? maybe good mornings?

DO NOT ROLL YOUR SHOULDERS DURING SHRUGS!!! Straight up and straight down is the proper way to do a shrug. Rolling the shoulders can cause injury and does NOT aid in muscle development.

Doing non-weighted exericses will not ruin your results. However, I would NOT advise doing them immediately at the end of a workout where you just trained the same muscles. IE: no pushups on chest day, no unweighted squats on legs days. Abs are good to train ANY day.

For lower back, good mornings are excellent, straight leg deadlifts are also excellent. Lower back hyperextensions are another very good exercise.

Unfortunately if you have a tremendous amount of excess skin, you will require a surgical procedure to remove the excess skin. This is the only way to tighten everything and make you look the way you have strived so hard for. The procedure is relatively easy, and simply involves cutting the excess skin, and connecting skin to skin. I would contact a plastic surgeon if you are interested and get a consultation.

If you have minor excess skin, plastic surgery is not necessary. However, if you've lost 100+ lbs, chances are that you will need the surgery.

Price varies by doctor/region/etc.

Recovery is generally quite short, no intense physical exertion for probably 4-6 weeks.

Honey is good also if grams of sugar doesn't matter.
