Is your goal to simply improve total flexibility? IF so, i would highly recommend yoga 3x per week instead, as this will GREATLY improve flexibility overall.
for example, when i roll my shoulders, doing shrugs and so, i get like a ticking in my shoulder/neck.
/would doing push ups and shrugs w/o weights ruin my results from the 5x5 program?
i was planning on doing abs, push ups and squats w/o weight in the end of the workout, monday, wednesday and friday. maybe you have any exercises for the lower back? maybe good mornings?
