hey I'm pretty sure i have some sort of weakness/allergy to dairy so i decided to stop consuming dairy including whey protein so i figured id get something else, i was thinking egg white protein or making a mix on truenutrition. do you have any suggestions for mixes or are egg white powders fine? are they a complete protein or does something need to be added. thanks for reading

NOW! Egg Protein is excellent.

You can also try Beef Protein...which is pretty good as well.

Hello again.

I'm using your 5x5 plan for strength and size, but i wanted to do some extra exercises three times every week.
I was thinking about 15x3 push ups with a wide grip, and 15x3 push ups with a narrow grip. Then 20x3 squats without any weight and 20x3 alternating jumping lunges.

Would this improve my flexibility and do you have any additional exercises i could do?

whats your opinion on cyclying on/off creatine? and if so, when to do it? like during a cut, every couple months, etc

I believe that would increase your squat and bench press flexibility, but certainly not overall flexibility.

Is your goal to simply improve total flexibility? IF so, i would highly recommend yoga 3x per week instead, as this will GREATLY improve flexibility overall.

Every 12-16 weeks you should take 1 week off. I've found that it seems to work best for me and my clients at roughly that rate.

do u have any remedies to stop poison ivy itching? i have it really bad on my arms

Rubbing alcohol, soap and water, ice packs, witch hazel, and aloe vera....all in that order.

i want to visit ƍkunoshima (aka rabbit island) some day. would i need to get any shots or other preventative care before petting hundreds of wild rabbits?

for example, when i roll my shoulders, doing shrugs and so, i get like a ticking in my shoulder/neck.

/would doing push ups and shrugs w/o weights ruin my results from the 5x5 program?

i was planning on doing abs, push ups and squats w/o weight in the end of the workout, monday, wednesday and friday. maybe you have any exercises for the lower back? maybe good mornings?
