What do you mean by deload every 6-8 weeks?

every 4-6 weeks you can take a few days off from the gym, eat/drink whatever you want, and basically just enjoy yourself. It's to prevent you from going stagnant at the gym and allow your body some time to get shaken up from the usual routine.

Need more info.

Swollen? painful? does it come and go or is it always there? Anything else unusual about it? when did you notice it first?

No swelling. Not painful.
It's always there.
Um the skin where the red patch is is like very slightly wrinkled
And I noticed it probably 2 months ago

Possibly chafing or a rash....do you wear clothes that rub against the skin in those areas?

Natural pro complex. If you want a gainer, just add fruit, milk, peanut butter, and oats.

any recommendations on how to work my hip mobility? when i do squats my hips hurt and i need to have a wide stance so i dont fall backwards (when i go closer in i wanna fall backards as i try to get to parallel or lower). my wide stance i can get to parallel but my hips hurt, even narrow my hips hurt if i was to hold onto something. i stretch out, foam roll them sometimes, and do a squat while holding onto something and try to loosen up. im hoping strengthening the hips and just squatting more will fix it

not at all I do sit sometimes in awkward angles on my chair that are on the affected areas.

Correct - squatting more frequently, with a bit lighter weight, with very slow and controlled reps, will most certainly help. The key here is repetition and building up gradually. Hips are often overlooked. If you have access to a hip adductor and abductor machine, I suggest you use them as well.

Ok let's try this - do NOT sit in the way you described for 1 week. That means, absolutely do not, under any circumstances, sit in an awkward angle that puts pressure on those areas.

See if the condition improves.
