Certainly.

Oatmega bars (personal favorite), power crunch bars, and if you only care about "impact" carbs....VPX Zero Impact bars.

Simple question;

Ingesting too much sodium causes water retention. Would drinking more water null the water retention?

I'm also already aware potassium is good when consuming high sodium!

I have some sort of weird skin patches on my knee and foot. Basically it's a red circular area near my knee and near the heel of my feet. Any ideas? Can get a pic if needed

$10 glasses actually damage your eyes if you wear them too much (6hr a week)
The quality of the lenses aren't nearly as nice, so your eyes have to compensate for the small distortions.
Eventually leading to eye strains and headaches.

Also they aren't polarized so the UV light is going into your eyes.
the darker lenses make your pupils open wider, and then you get even more UV in.

wearing poor quality glasses over 10+ years causes irreparable damage to your eyes.

Need more info.

Swollen? painful? does it come and go or is it always there? Anything else unusual about it? when did you notice it first?

Partially correct. As long as the lenses are 100% UVA/UVB rated, and polarized, as well as cover the eyes entirely. you will not have any issues. With regard to quality of lenses, that's debatable.
