Why do you say NOW! Adam is the best multivitamin supplement? I bought a multi at the pharmacy and after reading your opinion on NOW!, I might actually order it. I would simply like to know the difference between those two supplements first. How many tablets should I be taking per day? (I take two at the moment)
Also, a friend of mine that I train with will start taking creatine supplement. I've searched a bit about creatine and am not sure weather or not if I want to start taking some. What kind should I take if so? Mono hydrate? I've read that it causes water retention due to dehydration, so if I drink enough water will I still retain water? Further information about it would be really appreciated!
1. NOW! Adam is a highly digestible, very high quality multi, with an exceptional and optimal blend of micro-nutrients, as well a proprietary blend of nutrients and herbs for male health (including lycopene, ginko, etc). You take 3 tablets a day with food. I highly recommend NOW! Adam compared to typical drug store vitamins.
2. For Creatine, try Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Monohydrate and follow this guide:
