Hi raynor,
if I want to be a beast at marathon or even Iron Man, do you recommend weight lifting or only cardio.
Could you provide me a decent workout for this?

I know I've probably asked this question before ....

cooked boneless skinless chicken breast.

Safe to say

1oz= 7g protein ?

Ofc it varies and everyone says something different
But as long as I am consistent and go by this measurement always ... It's not a big deal , right ?

It depends on the moisture weight....so between 7-9g.

Well shit

Eating 1 lb / day could vary from
112G protein to 144 G protein
(7g-9g/oz)

I could care less but if one were cutting /. Getting into contest shape..
.That could be a big difference ...?

Correct. The easiest way to do it is:

4 oz raw = 2.5 oz cooked (broiled, baked, etc - anything where there is no extra water retention like boiling)

That would mean that 1 oz = approximately 9 grams of protein IF you are broiling/baking or even lightly pan frying the chicken.

IF you are cooking it by boiling, stewing, or any other method submerging the chicken in a liquid, your chicken weight increases per gram of protein. Boiled chicken may have 7g protein per oz.

So Say I grill/. Bake my chicken ( which I do) and weigh it after I cook it
Would it be safe to say 1oz grilled chicken = 8.3g protein ?

Weird number I know, it's just what I've used on my fitness pal when I log it .

Very long. If refrigerated it should be at least a week or two.
