I'm 6'0" 203 pounds about 14% bf

My hunger patterns are extremely sporadic. Why could this be?

Sometimes I can go without eating till like 6pm and be fine with a meal or two before bed (small-medium size ones) Probably still considered big for the average person

but other times like now, I can literally eat 3-4k calories in one sitting and be just fine after.

I'm finally done "bulking" for good, trying to just maintain weight and gain strength for the rest of my life, so I actually have to be slightly strict now

lol I know what thats like! Sometimes just not very hungry and eat only half what I usually do.. then other days.. it's like.. shit why am I still eating.. there goes my diet and control lol
Would like to know too why this is! :)

Raynor,

Do you know of any ways to get Gyno surgery covered in Canada by health insurance?

My gyno got a tiny bit worse my last bulk... not by a lot, but enough to make me strongly consider how I'll be bulking in the future. I'm seeing where it goes with my cut. It's literally just the nipples, which makes it even weirder. I'll be dropping the cash to get surgery done if I have to, but yeah... just wondering if you know any work-arounds, if I can say something hurts to the doctor to get things rolling or whatever... idk.

Thanks.

if a loaf of bread lasts a week on the counter and i put it in the fridge as soon as i buy it, how long will it last? 2 weeks? how will i know when it goes bad? mold? or is there another indicator? and if it starts to mold, is it safe to peel off the mold and eat the rest, or toss the whole thing in the trash?

Okay, I stopped the cottage cheese before bed to try to see if it would help and I did manage to fall asleep but again would wake up in the middle of the night.

I also changed a lot of things so now I can't be sure if it was the cottage cheese or not... =/

I also ingested some cholesterol pills...

Still having this uneasy feeling in the chest area.  probably an anxiety attack as you mentioned.

what do we do now?

If it's anxiety related, we need to eliminate the cause of the anxiety.

If you are unable to get rid of the anxiety through conventional means (relaxation, mental exercise, and so forth)

Let's try some sleep aids...

Try taking melatonin (5mg) , L-Dopa, and GABA approx 20 mins before bed. See if this helps.

It can be anything from basal metabolism, to time of day, to activites you performed, to hormone levels, and so forth. It's really quite a large process to narrow it down, but in general it's completely normal!

also i'm going to be backpacking across europe for a month, and need some tips for body weight exercises I can do in hostels and such. I am thinking pushups, pullups, ab work, one legged squats with my backpack on. I am just looking to maintain as much muscle as possible.
