If you're combining cardio with weights same day... do you suggest the HIT cardio first, then weights? Cuz I assume after weights, your body will want sustenance quickly, and doing cardio afterwards might impact your ability for muscle growth?

can creatine expire? ive had this tub of creatine since november 2011 forgot about it..its been open [as in the sheet plastic that covers it when its brand new] i googled around and some say it should be fine but others are saying if its been open for a while it can lose potency and just isnt worth bothering with. iknow creatine is cheap so whatever but theres like 750gs left id feel  dumb if i threw that much creatine away and its still good

As long as it hasn't been exposed to high heat or humidity, it should still be fine

It depends. For cutting, cardio second. For bulking, cardio first.

If you're going to eat something before bed, make sure its fast digesting protein instead of slow, and see if that makes any impact.

Alternatively, eat slow digesting protein like cottage cheese, around 3-4 hours before bedtime.

It sounds more like anxiety than anything, but let's start with the protein.

Okay, I stopped the cottage cheese before bed to try to see if it would help and I did manage to fall asleep but again would wake up in the middle of the night.

I also changed a lot of things so now I can't be sure if it was the cottage cheese or not... =/

I also ingested some cholesterol pills...

Still having this uneasy feeling in the chest area. probably an anxiety attack as you mentioned.

what do we do now?

I'm 6'0" 203 pounds about 14% bf

My hunger patterns are extremely sporadic. Why could this be?

Sometimes I can go without eating till like 6pm and be fine with a meal or two before bed (small-medium size ones) Probably still considered big for the average person

but other times like now, I can literally eat 3-4k calories in one sitting and be just fine after.

I'm finally done "bulking" for good, trying to just maintain weight and gain strength for the rest of my life, so I actually have to be slightly strict now

also i'm going to be backpacking across europe for a month, and need some tips for body weight exercises I can do in hostels and such. I am thinking pushups, pullups, ab work, one legged squats with my backpack on. I am just looking to maintain as much muscle as possible.

I just realized that on Sunday while I was working, I consumed about 4-5 (small styrofoam cups-sized) cups of jasmine tea. I researched a little bit and the side effects of jasmine tea included insomnia if over-consumed. But it should be out of my system by now...

And the sleepless nights began the following evening when I tried to go to bed. I fell asleep for 4-5 hours and woke.

On Monday evening the same thing happened

Tuesday evening, was the repeat of Monday evening.

Wednesday evening, I was unable to fall asleep at all.

Same with Thursday evening.

Could this be the reason?
