It sounds more like anxiety than anything, but let's start with the protein.
Okay, I stopped the cottage cheese before bed to try to see if it would help and I did manage to fall asleep but again would wake up in the middle of the night.
I also changed a lot of things so now I can't be sure if it was the cottage cheese or not... =/
I also ingested some cholesterol pills...
Still having this uneasy feeling in the chest area. probably an anxiety attack as you mentioned.
what do we do now?
