Gaining a bit of weight, just stopped smoking and lifting about 7 months ago

gonna fix my cardio next summer and maybe enter some bike races (aka no lifting at all in the future)

I definitely enjoy jumping on the balla hate jst because it's so fun/easy. So much potential and I wld love to see an ab... or pelvic veins for that matter!

In reality he has a great build, although I think your comment takes it a bit extreme, but to each his own.
